Middle School
Nurturing Creativity, Problem-Solving Skills and Confidence

GRADES 6-8

Middle School is a time of transition for many students. At Cramerton Christian Academy, we provide our students the opportunity to grow in being responsible for their own learning by managing class changes, lockers, and independence.
With the continued use of Bob Jones Press curriculum, students deepen their understanding of the four core subjects of Math (Pre-Algebra), English, Science, and History. Students who are deemed to have eligible scores have the possibility of taking Algebra 1 in 8th grade to receive high school credit.
Cramerton students also have a daily Bible class. This allows students to explore God’s Word a little more personally. Students in 7th grade study the life of Christ and 8th graders complete the survey Dynamic Christian Living (by Positive Action for Christ).
Middle School Electives
Self-selected elective courses help prepare our middle school students for the Spring Fine Arts Competitions.

Overnight Field Trips
Field trips are the highlight of our middle-school year, bringing lessons to life for our students.
6th graders go on an overnight trip to Atlanta, GA, visiting Stone Mountain Park, the Georgia Aquarium, the World of Coke, and CNN studios.
In 8th grade, students spend the night on a life-size ark at the Ark Encounter in Kentucky. The next day students explore the nearby Creation Museum before heading back to NC.
Parents are also welcome to join us on these field trips!
