Cramerton Christian Academy Enrollment

Admissions

Cramerton Christian Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all rights, privileges, programs, and activities available to students at the school. CCA does not discriminate in the administration of its educational policies, admission policies, athletic, and other school administered programs.

Kindergarten Admissions

To enroll a child for Kindergarten, they must be 5 years of age before September 15th. Upon enrollment, students are given an assessment (Metropolitan Readiness Test) as a guide for student placement. Students must have a Kindergarten Health Assessment on file before attending school.

Elementary & High School Admissions

3 Steps to Enrollment

The first step toward admissions is a personal tour of our campus. During that visit, we will look at the student’s transcript, report cards, and achievement test scores. Please bring any other information regarding educational testing that would benefit the conversation.

If you decide that CCA is a good fit for your family, your next step would be to Apply Online. You will be asked for an email for us to send a Teacher Recommendation form to your child’s most recent teacher.

Upon receipt of your application, our Student Services Director will contact you to set up the next step.

The Student Evaluation is our final step toward admission. During this evaluation, a grade-level teacher will work with your student to assess their academic strengths and weaknesses. This is an informative process that will allow an accurate placement for your student.

Please note that while we do our best to teach every child, the school will complete an in-house assessment for students with an IEP (Individualized Education Plan) to determine if our school can adequately meet the child’s needs.

Continuous Enrollment Program

It’s now easier than ever to keep your child enrolled at CCA. With our new Continuous Enrollment program, there’s no paperwork or forms to fill out. Just continue bringing your kids to school and we’ll take care of the rest.

Scholarship Opportunities

The NC Opportunity Scholarship is designed for income-eligible families to have a choice in selecting a private education for their child. The Scholarship application opens February 1 and awards over $6,000 per year per student.
